Jay Goldberg is the owner & president of Spire Investments. He brings extensive experience managing and investing in numerous residential and commercial properties. Mr. Goldberg’s selective and strategic-driven approach towards acquiring properties has led to a strong track record of profitable growth across his investment portfolio.
Mr. Goldberg invests in general and limited partnerships, sponsors transactions, as well as oversees investments for high net worth individuals, family offices, real estate companies and joint venture partnerships.
He has worked for Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Consulting Transaction Group, Merchandise Mart Properties, and holds a real estate license in the state of Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut.
